DOZENS of revellers brought a Holloway street to a standstill at the weekend.
Islington Mayor Una O’Halloran was among guests at the annual Mayton Street Festival, now in its third year, as crowds enjoyed free food, a bouncy castle, line dancing and zumba outside the Old Fire Station.

Live music performances featured George the Music Man and a DJ set.
Organiser Helena Farstad said: “There were more people contributing, more neighbours cooking food, and we had more people who came.
“The community is really pulling together and the word is spreading. We’ve got critical mass. There were lots of brilliant performances. And the weather was fantastic. We’re already looking forward to next year.”
