Cyclists glued to their mobile phones are a danger
Thursday, 24th August 2017
• THE other day I witnessed a young woman cycling along Maygrove Road in Kilburn, and at the same time staring at her mobile phone.
The woman narrowly missed being hit by a vehicle coming the other way. This act of madness is typical of the behaviour of those mobile phone users who think it necessary to gawk continuously at their phones while colliding with anybody or anything.
The quality of life in London now has arguably never been lower. But we should not have to tolerate these mobile phone pests. So what can be done about it? Has anybody any suggestions?
