Pride march 2

THE Pride march is taking place tomorrow (Saturday).

The procession begins at Hyde Park Corner, moving along Piccadilly towards Piccadilly Circus from midday. From there, it heads south down Haymarket, passes the grand backdrop of Trafalgar Square, and finishes on Whitehall.

Thousands of people from community groups and organisations will make their way through the city over several hours. The march itself normally finishes by 6pm.

Aside from the march, there will be performances on the main stage in Trafalgar Square.

There is a trans and non-binary stage in Soho Square that is curated to honour the “intersectional community”. And there will be a “global majority” stage in Golden Square, a women’s stage in Leicester Square and a family area.
