• WHEN will the NHS get clued into the fact that cold callers also use “private caller” display method?

It took ages for me to cotton onto it after answering a call only to find it was my GP. How many urgent calls have people missed?

There must be a way to use a recognisable display message and ensure it is available to no one else.
