In Bloomsbury: Nash Ali with Westminster’s Hamza Taouzzale, right

THE former Lord Mayor of Westminster Hamza Taouzzale, and the newly-elected Labour MP for Queen’s Park and Maida Vale, Georgia Gould, attended an annual celebration of south Asian culture in Bloomsbury.

It was impossible not to have a good time in Coram’s Fields on Sunday as the Mela exploded into life with spectacular music and dance, combined with lots of tasty things to eat.

The party was organised by ex-Camden mayor Nash Ali, also pictured with Cllr Taouzzale.
