THE family of a punk musician who has not been seen for over a month have made a desperate appeal for him to come home for Christmas.

Paul Hambleton, who lives in Marylebone, is in the band Anarchistwood and also worked at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington.

The 48-year-old father was last seen on November 14 in south London. His mobile phone’s last recorded signal was between Marylebone and Marble Arch just before midnight.

His partner said she felt like she had “lost a limb”, while his daughter Jessie said: “Father, if you see this, I only wish the best for you.

“Words can’t describe how worried I am. I’m constantly thinking of you every day, I miss you so much.

“Please come home safe. To be able to hear your voice and feel your warm embrace and love are the only things I want. I love you, always.”

Mr Hambleton’s mother said: “Paul, whatever the problems there are, they can be fixed. I beg you to please ring home, so we all know you are safe. We all love and miss you.”

Mr Hambleton’s partner Emma said: “I am missing a limb. Making art and music without you seems wrong. I love you.”

Stepson Joel added: “What keeps me going is most of what you have taught me throughout the years.

“We may have had ups and downs but we need you back, mum needs you and your kids need you.

“So please come back.”

Mr Hambleton often performed for the band Anarchistwood, with the stage name Candiflip Blackwood.

He also worked in Camden Town at the independent punk record shop, All Ages Records.
