Former X Factor singer remanded in custody after ‘serious collision’

A FORMER The X Factor singer has been remanded into custody charged with attempted murder, grievous bodily harm, dangerous driving, and drink-driving, after a car collided with pedestrians in the early hours of Sunday.

Gabrielle Carrington, 29, of Manchester appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

Police had reported the “serious collision” in Argyll Street, Soho, around 4.30am and three people injured.

Later, on social media, influencer Klaudia Zakrzewska, 30, was reported as being in a critical condition in hospital and Anoush Chyche, a security guard in his 50s, was reported as having suffered “life-changing injuries”.

Police had said a third pedestrian, a woman, was also treated for minor injuries.
