AS part of our Peeps politics channel which takes us further afield than our normal Camden boundaries, DAISY CLAGUE reports from the seaside town of Whitstable where Southern Water has been discharging human waste directly onto the beaches. Campaigners say the only answer is nationalising utilities like the water supply – but no party is pledging to do that at the upcoming general election.
