• WHY the proliferation of people on our streets who are expected to wear yellow hi-vis jackets?

The other day no fewer than seven were walking east in Pratt Street, Camden Town, towards three walking westwards.

As they passed each other it was as though the sun had come out at street level. Those without hi-vis are beginning to stick out like sore thumbs.
